modENCODE

• Quarterly report due April 30, 2008
• Annual report due February 1 (PI's part earlier)

modENCODE TR

modENCODE GT

quarterly progress due approx 3/1. 6/1, 9/1, 12/1. These cover the periods 11/1-1/31, 2/1-4/30, 5/1-7/31 and 8/1-10/31. We also have an annual progress report for the non-competitive renewal due mid Jan.

ENCODE

• Quarterly reports due April 1st for December - February. Add three months for each report deadline thereafter
• Q2 2008 report is due at 15 May 2008.

ENCODE Chip

• Annual report due for M. Snyder May 1, 2008

ENCODE pgenes (annotation)

• Annual report due for T. Hubbard May 1, 2008
